The future of work is changing, providing exciting opportunities for new careers and novel ways of working. Nesta, the innovation
foundation, want to help prepare the workforce and provide the right tools and technologies to enable people to envision their futures.

Their new £5.75 million CareerTech Challenge offers an exciting, unique opportunity to provide funding and in-kind support to develop innovative solutions which can help adults plan their future careers and unlock employment opportunities.

Do you have a digital solution that could help people feel more confident in navigating the changing world of work?

The CareerTech Challenge consists of a Prize and Fund and are now open for submissions.

The Prize offers £1.2m and tailored packages of expert support for the development of digital solutions which improve career
information, advice and guidance. 20 finalists will receive £50,000 as well as expert support to develop and test their solutions. £120,000
will be awarded to the winner in March 2021, with a cash prize of £80,000 for the runner-up.
